Our IT department has successfully implemented the Tech / Help Desk Support Management System in our IT Infrastructure.

If anyone has any issue regarding the IT he/she can send the request by following methods.

TechSuport Portal

Every desktop computer has TechSupport Icon on desktop, user can launch the TechSupport portal, write an issue and submit request.

Email

You can submit your issue it by sending an email to techsupport@aeng.com.sa , the system will convert it to support ticket.
